Kings Road Merch Europe accepts returns or exchanges on all unworn and unwashed items within 14 days of delivery. We are committed to ensuring you are completely satisfied with your official artist merchandise.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our support team with your order number and the list of items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization form.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and include the completed Return Authorization form inside the parcel.
Ship the Items
Send the package to our European distribution center using a tracked shipping service; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
Refund Processing
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
